Preventative Gate Maintenance

This is what it says on the tin. Its a programme of electric gate servicing that helps keep your electric gate up and running.

The way we work this is once we have a gate in condition that we are happy with we will offer our fixed price maintenance. This means we come out once or in some cases twice a year and carry out essential maintenance such as lubricating the hinges or carriages, adjusting the carriages or motors, replacing the seals and ensuring everything is water tight and basically anything else that needs to be done to keep the gates up and running.

Due to the fact Custom Gates deals with so many commercial clients we have engineers on call 24/7.

All our vans are stocked with 100s of spare and carry a range of programmers and interfaces. Our team can be at your gate in as little as two hours and in 8 out of 10 calls will have the gate back up and running in no time.

Planned Repairs & Upgrades

Aside from the responsive repairs we carry out 100s of upgrades and planned work every year.

Everything from motor and intercom upgrades, safety edge or hardware replacement and even overhauling the gate itself.

A speciality we do a lot of is the conversions of manual gates to electric gates.

We can convert just about anything. Old timber gates can be shot blasted and brought back to life and fitted with motors and intercoms, old steel gates can be brought back to life.
